Monday:
1hr morning PT session
Night touch football comp 45mins

Tuesday:
1hr morning PT session

Wednesday:
Rest

Thursday:
1hr morning PT session
40mins night futsal game

Friday:
1hr morning PT session

Saturday:
1hr morning gym workout

Sunday:
Variable distance outdoor run.

This schedule has only been in existence since I have started this challenge and is subject to change depending on work and social commitments.
I will also try and do afternoon cardio sessions further into my challenge.
