Now I am just going to throw it out there... With a few exceptions, (freaks), most people cringe at the thought of doing a long bout of cardio.
Most Cardio sucks! It is anti-social, for positive results you need to do it for a good amount of time and you have to sweat a lot which means that going straight to work/pub/shopping straight afterwards is probably not on the cards. Which is why newbies to the fitness world tend to not stick to their fitness goals or really dedicate themselves to their gym membership and training schedule.
I am a big culprit of the above, I hate running on the treadmill, or using the Elliptical/cross trainer and the idea of running solo around the neighbourhood makes me want to tuck into bed for sneaky kipper. But I LOVE sports... Netball, soccer, AFL, OzTag, Touch Football, Tennis... It is social and you have an end result to look forward to so the competitive nature will motivate you to continue "working out" even though it does not feel like working out.
Which brings me to my next point, EVERYONE LOVES TO ORGASM... Yep, they do! And if you are doing it right (all you starfishering women and selfish "well i'm done" one-sided men should pay attention now) you can burn some serious calories. Your sex can be an amazing exercise!
Here are 3 fun tips on how you can workout using sex.
1. Think about your position
Why not squat? The continually pulsing up and down (with penetration) will work your glutes and thighs. Why not lift her? Depending on your lady you could be lifting 60kg plus while thrusting which means you are giving yourself a great core workout. Think about what feels good, while feeling good, and turn that into a way you can motivate yourself into reaching two goals... Great fitness and the Great O.
2. Pump up the Heart Rate.
Unless you are getting really tantric and wanting to make slow sweet sweet passionate love, get yourself moving. Now I might just be speaking for myself here but a jackhammer is no fun for anyone so there is a line that might need to be drawn, but otherwise get your body moving. Change positions, move your body, thrust deeper, grind harder... Get involved!
3. Hold back, make it go longer.
Unfortunately some of you boys suffer from a bit of overexcitement so this could be a difficult one, but for the rest of you, control yourself and hold out. Same for you ladies, think you are done... There is such a thing as multiple and be selfish aim to get more. The longer you are sweating the more you are burning... And this is fun why would you want it to stop!
