Female body building supplements - bikini diet

I am learning so much about fitness and nutrition through this process and I am really understanding all that is required to have to physique of a female bikini body builder competitor... Believe me it is not a walk in the park.

One of the major and very important part of my training is my health and nutrition, if I do not watch and take care of my body and its internal structure chances are I will never have the body that I so desire.

Today when I had my morning PT session my Personal Trainer and Nutritionists provided me with my revised nutrition plan which included supplements. These are the supplements:

Protein Powder:
Max's Hydroxy Phase Plus Super Shred

One of the biggest factors that most females struggle with when it comes to their diet is getting in enough protein, so this makes things incredibly simple.

A well designed protein powder for women will help you create the lean muscle tissue you’re looking for without making you look overly bulky. By supplying the primary amino acids the body needs, you’ll keep your metabolism revved all day long so you can burn fat faster to reveal the toned body underneath.

Psyllium Husk:

Psyllium is a water-soluble fibre that comes from the husk of the psyllium seed. They are a great food to include in your diet because of the various health benefits they offer. Plus, they are very cheap.

The easiest ways to obtain the benefits of psyllium is to add them to your cereal or include them in your protein shakes. By doing so you can easily increase your daily fibre intake, which will provide your body will an array of psyllium benefits. These include:
Slows down the absorption rate of carbohydrates, Adds more 'bulk' to the meal, Binds to cholesterol as it passes through the gastro-intestinal tract (as well as potentially toxic substances), Decreases the gastro-intestinal transit time (speeds up the rate at which food passes through the intestines).

Flaxseed Oil:

Our body needs a high amount of essential fatty acids to function well, a lack of those fatty acids can cause many medical conditions that you dont want to suffer. Flax seeds contain one important omega 3 fatty acid called alpha linolenic acid (ALA). (ALA) is a plant derived fatty acid, that is similar to the ones found in fish oil, studies have proven the great benefits of fish. It lowers cholesterol levels, blood pressure, reduces risk of heart attack and prevents breast cancer

Taking flax seed oil in your daily diet is very beneficial and you may find it easily. Use flax seed oil in your cooking instead of others.

Thermogenics:

Thermogenic fat burners are basically supplements which people use daily in their diet in order to loose some weight. Thermogenics increase the stimulation process in the body, which is used for burning of fat. They also increase the tissue generation and generation of heat within the body. Our body temperature plays a major role in determining how these fat burners work as when temperature rises then speed of metabolism also raise to some extent. The increase speed of metabolism serves your purpose of reducing weight, as excess fat stored in your body is start converting into energy.

Glutamine:
Ultimate Nutrition - Glutapure

Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Glutamine's anti-catabolism ability prevents the breakdown of your muscles.
This is especially useful for people 'cutting down'. Especially during summer when you're trying to get rid of some body fat without losing any muscle. Glutamine is needed throughout your body for optimal performance. Your small intestines requires the most Glutamine in your body, and your immune system also needs Glutamine because Glutamine levels deplete during workouts, bodybuilders are more susceptible to illnesses - this is why L-Glutamine supplementation is so important, not necessarily to gain more muscle, but for the 'maintenance' effects of L-Glutamine.

L-Carnitine:

L-Carnitine is a water-soluble, B-vitamin-like nutrient that the body uses to turn fat into energy.  With carnitine's help, fat levels decrease in the blood and weight loss is easier.  Energy levels go up with l-carnitine.  L-Carnitine is a basic part of overall health and unless you are eating a pound of (raw) red meat per day -- the main dietary source for this nutrient -- you need to supplement.  How much?  Around 1,000 mg per day for most people, 2,000 mg or more for those trying to lose weight, promote heart health, lower cholesterol and for those wanting better sports endurance.

The heart is especially benefited by l-carnitine because it gets 70 percent of its energy from fat and l-carnitine is essential for fat burning.  Therefore, l-carnitine is wonderful for keeping the heart healthy  And because it stimulates fat burning, l-carnitine also helps lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels naturally.

Fish Oil:

I should not need to explain why this is good for you... JUST TAKE IT! :-) But if you need a bit of reassurance here is a link.
