I will post my nutrition plan on here also so you can understand my food intake but for now this is my food diary for Thursday 20th October 2011
Breakfast:
30gm Wholegrain Oats with boiling water and Protein powder mixed in.
Brunch:
Apple and grapes
Lunch:
Vegetarian Cannelloni with Salad
Afternoon:
Almonds
Celery with Almond and Chia spread
Dinner:
Steamed Carrots
Steamed Green Beans
6 Oysters
Supper:
Homemade Hummus dip with Cucumber
I was not hungry or starving throughout the day also and throughly enjoyed each meal. I actually ate quite a lot of food as my portions were of average proportions.
