Food Diary 22.10.11

Breakfast:
Apple with cinnamon soy yogurt flaxseed meal and kiwi fruit

Brunch:
Accidentally skipped this one

Lunch:
Organic gluten free Chicken noodle soup

Afternoon:
Celery with homemade Almond and chia paste/dip

Dinner:
Turkey breast salad - baby tomatoes, baby spinach, poached egg, avocado

Supper:
Vegemite on crackers
