Breakfast:
Oats with water and protein powder

Brunch:
Almonds
Kiwi Fruit

Lunch:
Vegetarian Soba Noodle salad with Avocado and greens

Afternoon:
Celery with Almond and Chia paste

Dinner:
Minestrone Soup

Supper:
I missed this meal :-(
