Oats with Water and honey

Sliced turkey breast
Two poached eggs

Afternoon
Apple
Almonds
Kiwi fruit

Dinner
Stir fried steamed vegetables with steamed chicken in Oyster Sauce

Supper:
Missed this also :-(
