Almonds

Brunch:
Celery with Hummus
Celery with Almond and Chia spread

Lunch:
Soy yogurt with Flaxseed meal blueberries and banana

Afternoon:
Pumpkin Muffin

Dinner:
Almonds
Apple
Kiwi Fruit

Supper
Diet coke (Bad I know)
