I snacked all day today it was terrible... And completely went against my training plan.
Breakfast:
Oats with water blueberries, kiwi fruit, honey and strawberries
Protein shake
Brunch:
Almonds
Pumpkin muffin
Celery and hummus
Lunch:
Soy yogurt with honey, banana, flaxseed meal
Turkey breast with celery, hummus and cucumber
Afternoon:
Pumpkin muffin
Air popped popcorn
Tuna in can
Apple
Kiwi fruit
Dinner:
celery with hummus.
Almonds
