Food diary 10.11.11

Meal 1:
Oats either honey water and protein shake

Meal 2:
Banana
Almonds

Meal 3:
100g grilled fish
Steamed carrot and broccolini

Meal 4:
Protein shake
Carrots/celery/cucumber with almond and chia paste

Meal 5:
Cooked and peeled prawns with pear salad
Grapes

Meal 6:
Protein shake
Grapes
