I had a terrible food day today... :-( (I had a BBQ with friends so I snacked a little and indulged)
Meal 1:
Two boiled eggs
Soy milk with Milo
Meal 2:
Almonds
Protein shake
Apple
Meal 3:
Baked Chicken with
Meal 4:
Grapes
Celery/Carrots with Hummus
Meal 5:
two sausages in wholemeal bread roll with Spinach, Capsicum, Onion and Avocado
Meal 6:
Cheese plate with crackers
Pate
Sweet potato and Pine nut dip
Beetroot Dip
(All snacked share picks)
Also had a soy Latte between Meal 1 and 2
