Meal 1:
Oats with Water and Protein Powder

Meal 2:
Grapes
Protein Shake

Meal 3:
Two Poached eggs, avocado, mushrooms, Spinach and tomato

Meal 4:
Pear
Grapes
Celery and Hummus

Meal 5:
Basa Fish fillet with vegetables

Meal 6:
Soy yogurt with Pear and Honey
