So my diet has changed slightly and today was my first day of dieting.
Meal 1:
Protein shake
Meal 2:
Oats with water and honey
Meal 3:
Protein shake with psyshillium husk, glutamine
Meal 4:
Steamed vegetables
Meal 5:
Apple
Protein shake with psyllium husk.
Meal 6:
Grapes
Almonds
Celery with Vegemite.
