Food diary 5.11.11

Meal 1-
Oats with water

Meal 2-
Apple
Almonds

Meal 3-
Chicken avocado wrap

(It all went a little down hill from here as I went to a housewarming party with friends)

Meal 4/5/6:
Snacking on turkey slices with bread, spinach dip, gourmet cheese, apples, potato chips...

I have a lot of cardio to make up for my party snacking!
