Meal 1:
Oats with water kiwi fruit

Meal 2:
Grapes
Almonds

Meal 3:
mango with soy yogurt

Meal 4:
Apple

Meal 5:
Minestrone soup

  1. hey just found out your blog good luck with your mission you seem to be very organized and prepared. You will definatelly see the results you want. Nice nutrition too although this one seems too little for someone who works out anyway you know better
