Food Diary 8.11.11

Meal 1:
Oats with water and protein powder

Meal 2:
Almonds
Mango (It was so acidity it tasted terrible I only ate 1/4)
Protein shake

Meal 3:
Canned tuna in spring water with green salad (Baby tomatoes, spinach, red/yellow/green capsicum, avocado)

Meal 4:
Protein Shake

Meal 5:
Prawns
Flathead fish grilled 100g
Grapes
Cucumber with Almond and chia paste

Meal 6:
Carrots/celery/cucumber with Hummus
