So as promised here are my statistics after 25 days:
Weight: 61.8kg
Height: 168.7cm
Body Fat: next calculation in 3 weeks (only measured in 6 week cycles)
Neck: 32cm
Forearms: 22.5cm
Calves: 38cm
Thighs: 52cm
Waist: 71cm
Hips: 95cm
Arms: 31cm
Chest: 88cm
As you can see not a lot has actually changed, but I still have a few more months and once I get my diet right I will be on track 100%
